1. We believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and that salvation is received by grace through faith in Him.
2. We believe the Bible is the inspired, authoritative Word of God and the final standard for Christian faith and conduct.
3. We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
4. We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man; He was born of a virgin, lived without sin, died on the cross for our sins, rose bodily from the dead and will return.
5. We believe all people are created in the image of God, are separated from God by sin and need salvation.
6. We believe salvation is the gift of God, received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ—not earned by human works.
7. We believe the Holy Spirit indwells believers, empowers holy living and equips the Church to fulfill Christ’s mission.
8. We believe in the spiritual unity of all true believers and in the local church as a community of worship, discipleship, service and accountability.
9. We believe in the resurrection of the dead, final judgment and everlasting life with God for those who belong to Christ.

1. Represent our identity, qualifications, services and capabilities honestly.
2. Operate lawfully and keep required registrations, licenses, insurance and professional credentials current.
3. Use clear proposals, pricing and terms; disclose material changes before additional work or charges are incurred.
4. Treat customers, employees, applicants, vendors and competitors with dignity, fairness and respect.
5. Perform promised work diligently, communicate material delays and correct substantiated mistakes in good faith.
6. Protect confidential customer, employee and business information and use it only for legitimate purposes.
7. Avoid bribery, fraud, deceptive reviews, undisclosed conflicts of interest and other dishonest practices.
8. Respond promptly and respectfully to complaints and make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes.
9. Cooperate truthfully with Lambsbook verification, renewal and accountability reviews, including reasonable requests for evidence.
10. Notify Lambsbook of material changes in Christian ownership, operational control, licensing or other facts affecting eligibility.
